MICHAEL F. NICOLADIS, EI, MBA
President
Mr. Nicoladis has had a variety of design, construction administration, and management positions since joining the firm in 1984. He oversees the daily operations and administration of the firm. His marketing responsibilities include managing statements of qualifications and proposals as well as establishing teaming arrangements. Mr. Nicoladis is also responsible for managing all financial matters including billing, accounting, banking relationships and preparation of the firm’s project management reports. He also manages human resources as well as strategic planning for the firm. Mr. Nicoladis also serves as a Principal-in-charge of many N-Y projects, particularly program and project management assignments and plays a major role in overseeing the firm’s client management program.
Mr. Nicoladis is a member of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral and serves on the Board of Trustees of St. Martins Episcopal School in Metairie, Louisiana.
